Refund Policy

New members may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase by contacting support@unshakenvoice.tech.
Refund window
The 30-day refund window applies to the first purchase of a membership plan. Renewal payments, later purchases, or abuse of the refund policy may be handled differently under the final Terms of Use.
Cancellation
Members may cancel future billing through the billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund prior payments outside the refund window.
Team and household plans
Group plans may require additional verification before refund processing because multiple seats may have been activated.
